Molecular Arrangement and Fringe Identification and Analysis from Molecular Dynamics (MAFIA-MD): A Tool for Analyzing the Molecular Structures Formed during Reactive Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Hydrocarbons. This repository provided a much needed tool for Reactive Molecular Dynamics simulation with ReaxFF potential. This tool is capable of isolating aromatic molecules, finding ring statistics and chemical composition from MD trajectory files.
